3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on phdreqm. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. phdreqm reserves the right to suspend or close any account where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdreqm login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify phdreqm immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. phdreqm shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). phdreqm may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including but not limited to submission of a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by phdreqm may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.
3.5 Account Currency. All phdreqm accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phdreqm accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. phdreqm reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phdreqm account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. phdreqm is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit on your phdreqm account. phdreqm reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.4 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your phdreqm account are your own and are not derived from any illegal activity. phdreqm complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and may report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities.
4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as any applicable transaction limits, are displayed within your phdreqm account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by phdreqm are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
5.3 Abuse and Fraud. phdreqm reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional reward if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to have engaged in such conduct may be suspended or permanently closed.
5.4 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method. phdreqm reserves the right to limit or withdraw promotional eligibility where it suspects abuse of this policy.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the phdreqm Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.

6.3 Malfunction Policy. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdreqm Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:
8.1 All content on the phdreqm Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of phdreqm or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdreqm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 phdreqm's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phdreqm account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 phdreqm does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
10.1 phdreqm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
10.2 Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at phdreqm's discretion, subject to applicable law. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
10.3 You may request closure of your phdreqm account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed in accordance with phdreqm's Responsible Gaming Policy.
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phdreqm Platform, you agree to first contact phdreqm's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. phdreqm will endeavour to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving written notice.
11.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Where changes are material, phdreqm will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the phdreqm Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
